Booking and cancellation policy

  1. 1.  Booking and payment

    You can request your appointment through the website, by phone or WhatsApp on 652 605 290, or directly at the centre.

    Your booking is confirmed by paying the full price of the service in advance, via the website, Bizum to the same number or bank transfer.

  2. 2.  Rescheduling

    You can change the date or time at no cost by giving at least 48 hours' notice, by WhatsApp on 652 605 290 or by email to info@shennatur.com.

    The amount paid will be kept in full for the new appointment, subject to availability.

  3. 3.  Unforeseen circumstances and absences

    If something unexpected comes up that prevents you from coming, let me know as soon as possible. Cases of illness, accident or any other serious and unforeseeable cause that prevents you from attending and giving notice in time will be considered individually. For an exception to be considered, the circumstance will need to be justified.

  4. 4.  Punctuality

    I recommend arriving five minutes early so you can start calmly. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time out of respect for the following appointments.

    If the delay is on Shen Natur's part, it will not be deducted from the time booked.

  5. 5.  If I can't see you for your appointment

    If illness or another justified circumstance prevents me from seeing you, I will let you know as soon as possible. You can choose either to reschedule the appointment or to receive a refund of the amount corresponding to the service not provided, without prejudice to any other rights you may have.

  6. 6.  Session packs and gift vouchers

    Check the period of use and the conditions stated at the time of purchase and in the document you received. I recommend planning your appointments well in advance so you can enjoy your sessions within the intended period.

    If something prevents you from using them during that period, get in touch with me before they expire so we can look at the situation.

  7. 7.  Terms of purchase

    The terms of purchase, returns and withdrawal are set out in the General Terms of Sale. This policy does not limit consumers' statutory rights.
