This policy explains how Natalia González del Pozo, trading as Shen Natur, processes the personal data provided through the contact, booking and purchase channels made available. Only the data necessary to deal with each request or to manage the contracted service will be requested. Fields marked as mandatory are required in order to process the corresponding transaction. Please do not send health information through the website's contact or purchase channels.

Natalia González del Pozo is the controller of the personal data provided or obtained through this website, as well as of any data provided voluntarily by telephone, through any electronic or paper form, or by any other means arising from your relationship with Shen Natur.

Enquiries: to respond to requests for information and communications. Where they relate to a possible contract, the legal basis shall be the taking of pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject. For other communications, the legal basis shall be the legitimate interest in responding to them, provided that your rights do not override it.

Bookings and services: to manage appointments, payments, the provision of the service and the communications necessary for its performance. The legal basis is the performance of the contract or of pre-contractual steps requested.

Digital gift vouchers: to manage their purchase, personalisation, delivery and redemption. For the purchaser's data, the legal basis is the performance of the contract. The processing of the gift recipient's data is described in the specific section.

Invoicing and legal obligations: to issue and retain the required documentation and to respond to requests from the competent authorities. The legal basis is compliance with legal obligations.

Advertising: where authorisation is requested to receive commercial communications, data will be processed for this purpose on the basis of the consent given, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the purchase or the contracted service.

If the purchaser requests that the voucher be sent directly to another person, they will provide the name and email address necessary to personalise and deliver it, together with any dedication they choose to include. This information is obtained from the person making the purchase.

The recipient's data will be used to deliver the gift, to manage any incidents relating to its delivery and to handle its redemption. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in delivering the gift requested by the purchaser and enabling its use, provided that the recipient's rights do not override it. The data will not be used to send advertising without separate authorisation.

At the time of first contact with the recipient, information will be provided on the source of their data, the identity of the controller, the purpose of the processing and access to this policy. In any event, the information will be provided within the applicable statutory period.

The data will be retained while the delivery and the voucher are being managed and, thereafter, only where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to address potential liabilities, subject to the appropriate blocking. The recipient may exercise their rights, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@shennatur.com.

Enquiry data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to and close the enquiry. Data relating to bookings, services and digital vouchers will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the contractual relationship and the use of the voucher.

Once each purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be erased or, where appropriate, kept blocked in order to comply with legal obligations or to address potential liabilities, for the applicable limitation periods. Tax and accounting records will be retained for the periods required by the relevant legislation.

Data used for advertising will be retained until consent is withdrawn, without prejudice to retaining the minimum information necessary to honour the unsubscription and to evidence that it has been handled.

The data necessary to deal with a request, manage a booking or perform a purchase will be processed on the legal basis corresponding to each purpose. Accessing or browsing the website, or reading this policy, does not constitute a general authorisation for any processing.

Sending advertising, where consent is requested for this purpose, will require specific, voluntary and separate authorisation, without pre-ticked boxes. Not authorising advertising, or withdrawing that authorisation, will not affect the contracting or provision of services. Withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to it.

Withdrawal of consent does not entail the erasure of data that must be retained by virtue of a legal obligation or to address potential liabilities.

Shen Natur applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk in order to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, alteration, loss or disclosure. These measures will be reviewed in line with the needs of the processing. The use of external technical services does not relieve Shen Natur of its obligations as data controller.

In order to manage requests, bookings, purchases and the delivery of digital vouchers, providers of booking management, payment processing, web hosting and maintenance, and email services may access the data to the extent necessary for their function. Depending on the service provided, they will act as processors or as independent controllers.

The data may also be disclosed to the competent public administrations and authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so. They will not be disclosed to third parties for their own advertising campaigns without the appropriate legal basis.

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction and portability of your data, where applicable, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to info@shennatur.com or to Carrer de Girona, 11, entresuelo 1.ª, 43003 Tarragona. If there are reasonable doubts as to your identity, additional information proportionate to verifying it may be requested.

As a general rule, requests will be dealt with within one month. Where necessary, taking into account their complexity or number, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case you will be informed of the extension and the reasons for it within the first month.
