These terms govern the contracting of the services and experiences available on the Shen Natur website and the purchase of digital gift vouchers. The applicable name, content, duration and price shall be those indicated on the corresponding product page and in the order summary before payment. The terms in force at the time of contracting shall apply to that purchase. Subsequent amendments shall not alter purchases already concluded.

The User declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website.

The User may, at their choice, conclude the contract of sale for the desired products and/or services with Shen Natur in any of the languages in which these Terms are available on this Website.

To make a purchase, select the available experience or service and follow the steps shown on screen. Before confirming payment, you will be able to review the features of the purchase, the total amount and the details provided, and correct any errors.

Contracting requires acceptance of these terms and express confirmation of the obligation to pay. Shen Natur will provide confirmation of the contract and its terms by email on a durable medium. Merely browsing the website does not conclude a purchase or constitute consent to advertising.

Communications, purchase orders and payments involved in transactions carried out on the Website may be filed and stored in Shen Natur's computerised records in order to serve as evidence of the transactions, in all cases observing reasonable security conditions and the laws and regulations in force that apply in this regard, and in particular having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, and to the rights to which Users are entitled under the privacy policy of this Website.

You may request an invoice for your purchase by providing the details necessary to issue it. An electronic invoice will be issued once the corresponding express consent has been obtained. You may revoke that consent and request a paper invoice free of charge by contacting info@shennatur.com.

The appointment shall be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and Shen Natur has confirmed the booking. A confirmation email will be sent stating the date, time and service booked. Starting the booking or payment process does not guarantee that the appointment has been confirmed.

If payment is interrupted, declined or an error appears, the status of the transaction should be checked before attending the centre.

If the confirmation email is not received, it is recommended to check the spam folder and contact Shen Natur. Failure to receive the email does not, in itself, mean that the booking does not exist. If a charge appears, please enquire before repeating the payment.

Appointments are subject to diary availability. Purchasing a voucher without a booked date does not guarantee an appointment on a specific day or at a specific time. If Shen Natur is unable to provide the contracted service, it will contact the purchaser to offer an agreed solution or the appropriate refund. The service will not be unilaterally replaced with a different one.

Prices are expressed in euros and show the total amount including any applicable taxes. The total amount of the purchase will be stated before payment. Only the payment methods enabled in that process may be used. The purchase requires payment in full. No appointment will be scheduled without prior payment. Subsequent price changes shall not affect purchases already confirmed.

Shen Natur gift vouchers are exclusively digital. Physical vouchers are not delivered. The voucher may be sent on the day of purchase or scheduled so that the recipient receives it on the chosen date.

The purchaser must check that the email address provided is correct and that the selected date is the one desired. If the voucher does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact info@shennatur.com, providing the details necessary to locate the purchase. Shen Natur will check the delivery and arrange the appropriate correction or resending. An email error shall not, in itself, be deemed a waiver of the purchase.

Delivery incidents do not limit the purchaser's statutory rights.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date on which payment is made. The expiry date will be shown on the digital voucher. If delivery is scheduled for a later date, the validity period shall still run from the date of payment, not from the date of delivery.

The service must be enjoyed within the validity period, booking an appointment sufficiently in advance and subject to availability. If a cancellation or lack of availability attributable to Shen Natur prevents its use within that period, the validity shall be extended for the time necessary to enable it to be enjoyed.

5-session packs are valid for 3 months and 10-session packs are valid for 6 months, calculated from the date of payment. The sessions must be taken within the validity period. The expiry date will be communicated upon purchase of the pack.

If a cancellation or lack of availability attributable to Shen Natur prevents the sessions from being completed within that period, the validity shall be extended for the time necessary to enable them to be taken.

To enjoy the experience, it is necessary to book an appointment with Shen Natur and identify the voucher. Bookings are subject to diary availability. It is recommended to arrive five minutes early. Late arrival does not extend the time booked.

A change of the service or experience purchased for another one available at Shen Natur may be requested. If the new service is priced higher than the available amount, the difference must be paid. If it is priced lower, the remaining amount will be recorded as a credit balance to be deducted from another future service.

The difference will not be refunded in cash for a mere voluntary change of service. This condition does not limit any statutory rights of withdrawal or refund.

If an appointment has already been booked, the change must be agreed in advance with Shen Natur in order to check availability and the duration required.

Requests to change or cancel an appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations notified with that notice, the amount paid for the appointment will be refunded.

If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or is not attended, the session will be deducted as if it had taken place, save for justified cause, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in the light of the circumstances communicated.

This appointments policy does not limit the right of withdrawal where it is legally applicable.

Before confirming the purchase, you may review and correct the details entered. If you detect an error afterwards, please contact info@shennatur.com or telephone 652 605 290 as soon as possible so that the purchase can be located and its correction arranged.

Likewise, the User is referred to the Privacy Policy for further information on how to exercise their right of rectification as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and in Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

For distance contracts subject to this right, you have 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without having to give any reason for your decision. You may use the model form included below, although this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the communication before the period expires.

Delivery of a voucher by email or the inclusion of a dedication does not, in itself, remove the right of withdrawal. There is no need to return any physical medium.

Where this right is validly exercised, Shen Natur will refund the amount legally due without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of the communication. The refund will be made using the same means of payment, unless another means that does not incur any costs is expressly agreed. The refund will not be unilaterally replaced with a credit balance.

If you expressly request that the service begin during that period and subsequently withdraw before it has been fully performed, only the amount proportionate to what has actually been provided may be claimed, where the legal requirements regarding information and express request have been met.

The right shall be lost upon full performance of the service only where the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to begin it and acknowledgement that full performance entails the loss of that right. The mere commencement of the treatment does not entail its automatic loss.

Withdrawal from the purchase and cancellation of an appointment are separate matters. The appointments policy cannot exclude a legally applicable right of withdrawal.

Shen Natur shall be liable for any breaches attributable to it under the terms provided for by the applicable legislation. If an incident occurs that affects a purchase, the delivery of the voucher or the provision of the service, the person affected will be informed and the appropriate solution or refund will be arranged.

No clause excludes the non-waivable rights of consumers or limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Communications relating to the purchase will be sent to the contact details provided. Contractual information and any agreed amendments will be provided on a durable medium where required. The publication of a notice on the website does not, in itself, replace an individual notification required by law. Binding information and advertising about the service form part of the contract under the terms provided for by law.

No waiver by Shen Natur of a specific legal right or action, nor any failure by Shen Natur to require strict compliance by the User with any of their obligations, shall constitute a waiver of other rights or actions arising from a contract or from the Terms, nor shall it release the User from compliance with their obligations.

No waiver by Shen Natur of any of these Terms or of the rights or actions arising from a contract shall take effect unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is formalised and communicated to the User in writing.

Should any of these Terms be declared null and void by a final decision handed down by a competent authority, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall not be affected by such declaration of nullity.

Personal data provided during the contracting process will be processed in accordance with Shen Natur's privacy policy and on the legal basis corresponding to each purpose. Purchasing and browsing do not imply acceptance of advertising. Authorisation for commercial communications, where requested, shall be specific, voluntary and separate.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply. The courts and tribunals determined by the applicable legislation shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, with due regard for the rights of consumers.
